This policy explains how Alexander Yurchenko (“Solar Launch,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit solarlaunch.net, request our free training, or join our text message program.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, your role, and, if you request a team workshop, details about your company and team.
• Your consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to and when, so we can show we have your permission to text and call you.
• Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you interact with them (clicks, scrolling, and form activity, which we may record to improve the site), and how much of our training videos you watch.
• Cookies and pixels: we use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to measure our ads and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.

How we use it

• To deliver the training you requested and send you your access link.
• To contact you by text, phone (including automated texts and calls), and email about sales training, when you have given consent.
• To review and schedule team workshop requests.
• To understand how the site is used, fix problems, and improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our service for us, such as website hosting, our database, text message delivery, and email delivery. They may use it only to provide those services.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ad measurement. When you sign up, we send Meta an encrypted (hashed) version of your email and phone number along with the sign-up event, so Meta can tell whether our ads worked.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Tell us on any call that you don’t want to be called again.
• Email Alex@solarlaunch.net to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
• You can limit ad cookies in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are in contact with you and as long as needed to keep records of your consent, then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our training is for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
